Prior to joining Ingram Micro twelve years ago, I spent 10 years at American Express where I worked on Diversity/Inclusion initiatives and I want to bring that same energy and passion to Ingram Micro because I believe that there is so much more we can do to improve the awareness of women, minorities, people with disabilities as well as age differences in a global organization.
