He has designed, developed and presented inclusion and diversity training in Japan, Germany, Ireland, Australia, France and Singapore. His areas of expertise include: Organizational Assessments, Worldwide Diversity Recruiting and Engagement, Employee Network Groups, Multicultural Diversity Branding and Global diversity strategies that are country and region specific. He developed an inclusion and diversity engagement strategy and training that has rolled out to over 150K associates in one company around the country.
