Information About Me
As Senior Program Manager of the YWCA Racial Inclusion Initiative, Christina Wagner develops training seminars, courses, lectures, private consultations and tactical business guidance to further the YWCA’s mission to eliminate racism.

The YWCA Racial Inclusion Initiative works with corporate leaders to address race relations in the workplace and examine how individual perceptions and thought patterns contribute to organizational culture. Through workshops, corporate consulting and community advocacy, the Racial Inclusion Initiative provides leaders with resources to create positive organizational and social change.

In the Greater Cleveland business community, Ms. Wagner has taken the concept of racial inclusion beyond diversity training and toward racial equity. She advocates for social change on a deeper, systemic level by engaging corporate and community leaders in awareness, education and action planning.

As a graduate of Regis University’s Masters of Nonprofit Management program, Ms. Wagner has dedicated her career to social justice through advocacy, education and community organizing for change.

Hello Cristina: I would like to get the message of diversity out there to the kids through my childrens book, The Clown No One Wanted. It is an original tale and a unique way to educate kids and parents especially since nobody is talking about this important subject in todays childrens books. Any suggestions?

This year’s Celebrate the World Calendar and Poster truly enhance the multicultural experience with a vibrant array of Masks from cultures around the world. Masks are used in every culture for celebrating, mourning, worshiping and communicating. Every month features a different Mask celebrating a different country. Every month also features the month translated into ten different languages, and represents over 190 nations in civic and religious holidays and festivals.

As a fellow member of the Diversity-Executive Network I invite you to visitwww.CelebrateTheWorld.com to view the vivid images.  We are a women-owned company.

Businesses can benefit their employees with the Celebrate the World Calendar and Poster to indicate important dates in a culture where interaction is prevalent.
