I was wondering if you could help me with some suggestions or advice, we have a Diversity Council with an internal company website, equipped with a medium encouraging employees to express comments, suggestions or opinions regarding Diversity. I was wondering if there are other things we can do to enhance, or make it more inviting for folks to use. Welcome any suggestions, and appreciate any information I can recieve.
