Have been in government for close to 30 years now, 20 at the Federal leval and 8 in the county and city government levels. Based on my experience I have seen diversity at work. I think we have made great strides in our system of government when it come to diversity and inclusion. There still more work to do but, we are on the right track however; the current political climate might do some damage to the gains we have had in the past 30-40 years.

The EEOC should not allow the equal opportunity offenders to buy their way out of charges filed against them. Employers should not be allowed to violate their employees and buy their way out of charges. This has been an ongoing practice with both private and public sectors employers buying their way out of charges.
