Moving the Diversity Discussion Forward

As I was catching up on the latest news in the diversity arena, the following sentence from a news blog on Miller-McCune caught my eye: “Creating an academic diversity program is one thing, but how do you institutionalize it as an integral part of the university so that it will thrive over the long term?”

Now, apply that musing to the corporate setting: How can organizations move beyond implementing diversity programs/initiatives and fundamentally embed it into the very fabric of the organization?
